After looking at your charms, I'm not certain you'll get 69 without acquiring more charms. With OSRS gold using barker toads there's a need for 1840 gold charms at 160k xp. greens is 1620 using Ibis and Crimsons. using stranger plants and blues which you're likely to need to keep, but it's 343 with kyatt's and graahks.
Up front, that's about 1.5m for toads, 4.7m in ibis 2.5m for plants with a different name as well as 3.4m on Graahks (4.4m in the case of Kyatt). A mix is somewhere between. If you're lucky, you'll make the equivalent of half through sales of the pouches. The only exception is the blue pouches which could make the money back, however you'll need to locate an efficient source of blue charms.
I personally think you'll be not able to afford less than one million, and likely you'll at least be paying 1.5-2m over the next three levels. Summoning is one of those bite your knuckles and don't be too concerned about the cost. It'll be worthwhile to get these levels. Yip, Tort and Bat are all useful familiars, but I'm not aware of a super-cheap method that doesn't require a huge quantity of prep time. Abyssal Lurkers (Which requires farming abyssal creatures yourself for the abyssal lures) and Graahks/Kyatt's is the only real-money selling familiars I've come across below the age of 66.
I'm not seeking the most efficient pouches. I'm looking for pouches which can be sold back to help minimize my loss There are only 2 mills in my account but I'd like 69 summoning, and I DO plan on using as much charms as I need, when I need to.
As I stated in the last paragraph the only really known sellable commons are Kyatt and Graahk, as well as Lurker. All other familiars could be sold given time or a low enough price , but buy RuneScape gold they'll most likely end up being a marginal loss.
